Mr. Ditoro is the Managing Director in charge of Racebrook Financial and is responsible for developing Racebrook Financial’s TALF-based investment strategies.
His work history includes structuring private placement investments into public companies at First Fidelity Capital in Beverly Hills, CA; structuring exotic equity derivatives at TD Securities in New York; and strategic consulting to several Fortune 500 companies at noted consulting firm Mars and Co. After leaving Mars, Mr. Ditoro worked with a small real estate development group to acquire the land and secure the financing to develop several properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Mr. Ditoro holds a BA in economics from UCLA and a Masters in Finance from the University of Saint Gallen.
