Racebrook has a dedicated team led by seasoned real estate professionals possessing extensive experience in sourcing, structuring, acquiring, developing, managing, leasing and disposing commercial real estate. With both Main Street and Wall Street experience, the senior executives have over 100 years of collective real estate experience in all aspects of real estate investment and management, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, asset management, leasing, development, redevelopment and construction.

The principals have executed in excess of $18.5 Billion of commercial real estate transactions and $8.8 Billion of advisory assignments while investing in all real estate asset classes across many diverse geographic markets. The team is focused on creating value through its acquisition & disposition process, resolution of property status, efficient management, aggressive repositioning, development/redevelopment, targeted improvements, and the expeditious implementation of each asset’s business plan.

The principals have a long and extensive institutional track record. In addition to the senior executives’ direct prior employment at HSBC Holdings, Morgan Stanley, Security Pacific, CityTrust Bancorp, Marcus and Millichap, Divco West Properties, and Robert Charles Lesser & Co., major corporate, developer, and institutional clients have included: Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, HSBC, NEBF, UBS, Cushman & Wakefield, ASB Capital Management, The Related Companies, The Trump Organization, Forest City Ratner Company, Draper & Kramer, Mosbacher Properties, and Muss Development.
